Terms and Conditions of Competitions
1. These terms and conditions are subject to our main Terms and Conditions and where both documents conflict, the main Terms and Conditions will prevail.
2. Competitions run between the dates and times advertised on the entry form.
3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Competition.
4. To enter, you must be a resident of the UK (with a residential delivery address within UK), 18 years of age or over. Employees of MyFamilyClub and their affiliated agencies, their immediate families and those directly related to them are not eligible to enter.
5. For our facebook competitions, entrants must be a fan to enter.
6. By ‘liking’ our Facebook fan page this does not automatically enter you to the competition.
7. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
8. The participant is providing information to MyFamilyClub and not to Facebook.
9. Winners will be selected at random using http://www.random.org/ number generator from all entries those that have completed our MyFamilyClub competition form.
10. Winner will be notified by a message to the email address provided within 48 hours from close of the competition.
11. The winner’s name will be announced on myfamilyclub.co.uk or facebook and twitter with image.
The prize draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. In order to receive their prize, the winners are required to provide MyFamilyClub with their full name and UK address. Should a winner not acknowledge receipt of their win, and provide their full name and UK address, within 14 days of receiving notice from MyFamilyClub that they have won a prize, we reserve the right to redraw or not fulfill the prize.
13. In the case of competition prizes which include tickets to events, the winners are required to provide MyFamilyClub their full name and UK address within 48 hours. Should a winner not acknowledge receipt of their win and provide their details within 48 hours of receiving notice from MyFamilyClub that they have won a prize, we reserve the right to redraw or not fulfill the prize.
14. The prizes will be dispatched out within 30 days of the winners notifying MyFamilyClub of their full name and UK address.
15. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are for any reason whatsoever not received or delivered.
16. MyFamilyClub reserves the right to change the prize for one of an equivalent value.
The prize cannot be modified, is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative in part or in whole.
17. MyFamilyClub excludes all liability under these terms, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition.
18. By entering the Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules, the MyFamilyClub terms and conditions which can be viewed on the website as well as the official Facebook promotions terms and conditions of use and twitter terms of use.
19. By entering the competition all entrants agree to be added to our mailing list, they will receive our weekly newsletter which they can unsubscribe from at any time.

Win a LEGOLAND® family break!
General Terms and Conditions to accompany online application process.
1. The winner must be available to stay on the 25th May 2013.
2. The prize consists of a LEGOLAND break meaning two adults and two children may stay one night at the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel, enjoy two days park entry and enjoy a breakfast at BRICKS.
3. There is no cash equivalent and the prize may not be exchanged for any other date, hotel or room type.
4. Travel and any food other than breakfast are not included.
5. The prize cannot be re-sold or re-allocated. Any attempt to do this will mean the booking is cancelled automatically.
Win a luxury family break to Bluestone National Park Resort!
General Terms and Conditions to accompany online application process.
1. Winner can choose between a three night weekend or four night midweek break at Bluestone National Park Resort. They will also receive complimentary access to the Blue Lagoon Waterpark and indoor Adventure Centre.
2. Winners will stay in a two bedroom Ramsey lodge, which is suitable for four people. The Ramsey Lodge has a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a spacious living area and both bedrooms are en-suite.
3. Winners can arrive from 11am on the arrival date and use Bluestone’s range of facilities from that time. Their accommodation will be available from 4.30pm.
4. The break must be taken before the 20th of December 2013, and is subject to availability. Some dates are excluded, including:

5. The selected entrant that is chosen to have their Money Saving Tip published will be notified by a message to the email address provided.
6. The Money Saving Tip selected will be published on the website within 7 days of notification, subject to all information being provided, including photographs.
7. We reserve the right to edit or modify the Money Saving Tip at our editorial discretion.
10. Shopping vouchers at a value of £50 valid for purchase at New Look, Debenhams, Asda or Argos will be dispatched within 14 days of publication of your tip.
