You can make pancakes ahead of time (batch cook) and freeze them so you’ll never be short when you need something speedy for breakfast or indeed a snack.
Freezer Ready Pancakes
- Make your pancake batch
- Place cooked on parchment paper and allow to cool
- Pop them into the freezer on the parchment paper and allow to freeze for 1 hour
- Remove from freezer and separate out into freezer bags and label
- When ready to use, you can either toast them or warm them in the oven
