The avocado. It’s technically a fruit, no matter how reluctantly we all refer to it as one. It’s also one of the most nutritious foods available, and in recent years, it has become one of the most popular ingredients in meals for those of us looking to improve our overall health and fitness.

Evidently, avocados provide us with more than meets the eye. The only issue we have with the ‘fruit’ is that sometimes we are stuck for ideas of how to prepare or serve it.
