Meal plan – homemade dishes


This family meal plan doesn’t have any processed food – even the tomato sauce is homemade. Also, if you prepare the fish fingers yourself you know that you are really eating real fish coated in fresh breadcrumbs, not mashed together from any number of fish.

This week’s family meal planner includes bolognese, spinach and pasta, turkey, bean & vegetable stew, chicken fajita wraps, breaded fillet fish fingers with champ and fresh or frozen vegetables and homemade tomato sauce, and a spicy veggie burger with dip in, dip out salad.
