Tomato, pasta and cheese melt: ‘Take it easy Wednesday with this simple pasta meal. Serve with salad and even add tuna, ham or mushrooms for more flavour. Approx price: £1.19 or 30p per portion.
Falafel and sweet pepper salad: If you haven’t tasted falafel try it this week.
