Summer is here! Woohoo! Even if you’re not a big fan of barbecues, its nice to be able to sit and eat outdoors. This meal plan is all about good healthy food that you can prepare in advance or make quickly, in order to get out and enjoy more of the sunshine.

Lamb koftas
Definitely prepare koftas a few hours before cooking. Serve with crusty bread and loads of crunchy salad.

Nothing quite like sitting by the seaside and tucking in to some traditional fish and chips wrapped in greaseproof paper, smothered in vinegar and tartar sauce!
