Stir fried cabbage is more nutritious than boiled as it retains the Vitamin C. Adding grated carrots at the last minute creates a splash of colour and goes further than just chopping carrots.

Ingredients
- 250 g cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch seasoning
- 1 pinch nutmeg (ground)
Instructions
- Finely slice cabbage and grate carrots
- Heat oil in a wok
- Add cabbage, cook for 5-7 minutes, tossing frequently, using tongs
- Season and sprinkle with pinch of nutmeg. Add carrots just before serving, mix in thoroughly
- Serve immediately
