healthy chocolate mousseAn indulgent chocolate mousse that is the perfect tasty treat served with rasperries.

 

 

 


Serves: 4

Total time: 70 minutes

Ingredients

  • 50g caster sugar
  • 150ml cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 140g dark chocolate chips or bar
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 2.5 leaf gelatine (soaked)
  • 35ml Baileys

Method

  • Whisk egg and sugar until pale in colour
  • In a saucepan, boil the milk and add the chocolate and leave to melt turning heat down
  • Add the baileys to the egg mix and add to the milk mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low
  • Add the gelatine
  • Cool the mix and add the cream when almost set. Pour into little glasses and chill to set
