A gorgeous accompaniment to any meal. This low calorie healthy side dish has a fantastic dressing that gives a refreshing taste to this summer salad.
All you need for the salad is lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes, but any combination of greens from your fridge will work just as well.
- 8 tblsp natural yogurt
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 bag mixed lettuce leaves
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- Mix the yoghurt and paste together
- Prepare the salad. Drop small spoonfuls of dressing into the salad
- Serve your summer salad with a selection of cold meats
