Summer salad with garlic dressing

summer saladA gorgeous accompaniment to any meal. This low calorie healthy side dish has a fantastic dressing that gives a refreshing taste to this summer salad.

All you need for the salad is lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes, but any combination of greens from your fridge will work just as well.

  • 8 tblsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 bag mixed lettuce leaves
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber


  • Mix the yoghurt and paste together
  • Prepare the salad. Drop small spoonfuls of dressing into the salad
  • Serve your summer salad with a selection of cold meats
