tuna saladThis quick and tasty tuna nicoise salad is a fresh bite that can be simply prepared and served in a matter of minutes.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 200g tuna (1 tin) or 300g of fresh cooked tuna
  • 4 small potatoes (cooked and quartered)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 100 g cooked French beans
  • 2 little gem lettuce
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 pitted olives

French dressing

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar preferably)
  • 1 tablespoon French mustard

Method

  • Arrange all ingredients into a large serving bowl
  • Drizzle with dressing ingredients which have been whisked together
