This quick and tasty tuna nicoise salad is a fresh bite that can be simply prepared and served in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients
- 200g tuna (1 tin) or 300g of fresh cooked tuna
- 4 small potatoes (cooked and quartered)
- 8 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 100 g cooked French beans
- 2 little gem lettuce
- 1 small red onion
- 2 eggs
- 16 pitted olives
French dressing
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar preferably)
- 1 tablespoon French mustard
Method
- Arrange all ingredients into a large serving bowl
- Drizzle with dressing ingredients which have been whisked together
