Making extra meals for fussy youngsters is taking up a large chunk of parents' time, according to new research.
In order to keep their kids happy, parents in England currently make a massive 2.36 million extra meals every week!
And on a twice-weekly basis, one in five of us are fixing our children an alternative meal to the main family dinner.
Time constraints can affect the ability of parents to rustle up meals for their kids from scratch, as many explained to Philips Airfryer researchers that they are often too tired or stretched to do this.
While it can be tough for busy working mums to regularly come up with new and inventive ideas to satisfy their loved ones, the study also shows that many parents believe food experts and celebrity chefs would be less critical of their cooking than their youngsters are.
