3. Registering With Us
3.1 You have to register with us and be signed in to use some features of the website, such as our Just Ask zone.
3.2 If you are under 18, don’t register unless you have permission from your legal guardian (usually a parent) to do so. The site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 12.
3.3 You should keep your sign in details private at all times, not share them with anybody, and let us know if you think somebody else has access to them. You should not use the ‘remember me’ feature to keep yourself signed in unless you are using your own personal computer. You must keep your personal information accurate and up to date, especially your email address.
3.4 You are entitled to use our website for personal non-commercial purposes only, such as to look for ways to save money and time for your family. You are not permitted to use our website for any business purpose.
3.5 By registering you are agreeing to receive a MyFamilyClub newsletter by email, at least once a week. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters you may unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of your newsletters.
3.6 MyFamilyClub has teamed up with KidStart and by registering you are also registering with KidStart and will receive email newsletters from KidStart. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters you may unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the newsletters. 4.1 Where MyFamilyPacks (which shall include MyFamilyRecipeKits or any other form of the MyFamilyPacks) are made available on our website, these are subject to availability. The nature of the MyFamilyPack is described on the website.
4.2 Special terms and conditions, which will be available on our website at the time of the promotion, apply to the MyFamilyPack promotions.
5. Subscriptions and Buying from our Website
5.1 You will be able to purchase a subscription to access the website at a price and for a period as advertised. By completing and submitting an application for subscription and/or order form for any other goods or services we make available for sale on our website, we consider this as an offer by you to subscribe to the website or purchase such goods or services as advertised on the day you submit the form. Once you have submitted the order form, you will not have an opportunity to amend your order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer at our absolute discretion and a contract will only be formed between you and us when we send you a confirmation email to the effect that we accept your offer.
5.2 As part of the application or ordering process, we will ask you to provide us with your payment details. We will require payment for goods or services sold on our website in advance. The price will be as stipulated on the website when you submit the order form and will be inclusive of VAT. Unless otherwise specified, delivery costs are not included in the price of any goods or services offered via the website. Any additional delivery costs will be shown to you in advance.
5.3 The website has an online payment facility which allows you to pay for goods and services. Payments via the website can be made by credit or debit card. All card transactions are processed through a third party payment gateway as advised on the website. Please note that your card details are never stored on our server. Payments made are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is a security protocol that prevents eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery over the Internet. With SSL information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to MyFamilyClub only. In order for SSL security to work, you must have an SSL capable browser.
5.4 All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisations by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not accept your order.
5.5 If any goods and services we sell are incorrectly priced we will usually identify this as part of our despatch procedure. Where the correct price is less than the price stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the stated price and any pricing error was obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we reserve the right not to provide you with any incorrectly priced goods or services in which case we will not take payment.
5.6 We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Any dates quoted for delivery of goods or services are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. 5.7 If the goods are faulty or defective, please let us know by emailing us at[email protected] or writing to us at our Customer Services Department. We may require you to return goods to use, in which case we will meet the reasonable cost of this. If this occurs we will examine the goods upon receipt and will either: (a) provide you with a full refund including costs incurred in returning goods to us; (b) repair the goods for you; or (c) provide you with replacement goods.
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order for goods (except for any perishable or personalised goods) without any cost to you, if you tell us in writing or by email ([email protected]) within 7 working days beginning with the day after you receive the goods. We may require you to return goods to us if you wish to cancel and if we do, you shall be responsible for any costs incurred in returning any goods to us undamaged and unused, except where the goods are faulty or defective (see below), and the goods must be returned to us within 7 days of cancellation.
6.2 You may cancel your order for services without any cost to you, if you tell us in writing or by email ([email protected]) within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive our confirmatory email, unless you agree to the services commencing before the expiry of this 7 working day period in which case your right of cancellation will cease to exist.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel any contract with you for the provision of goods or services or to withdraw provision of the website. If we exercise these rights, we shall provide you with an appropriate refund of any money you have paid to us, taking into consideration when the contract is cancelled.
6.4 We reserve the right to cancel any subscription or block any further use by you of the website if you commit a serious breach of these terms and conditions.

7.1 All rights, title and interest in this website and its contents, except where stated otherwise, are copyright of MyFamilyClub or our licensors. All rights reserved. You are permitted to use this website and the material and content contained therein only as expressly authorised by us and for private and non-commercial purposes only.
7.2 We may now or in the future permit users to post, comment, upload or otherwise make available on the website messages, recipes, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, sounds, music, videos, information, content, and/or other materials (“User Content”). We do not monitor User Content however we reserve the right to take down any User Content at our sole discretion.
7.3 By submitting User Content to us, simultaneously with such posting you automatically grant to us a worldwide, fully-paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable, and transferable right and license to use, record, sell, lease, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based upon (including, without limitation, translations), edit, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, publish and otherwise exploit the User Content (in whole or in part) as we think fit.
