To make cauliflower rice it’s as simple as this…
To make without a food processor:
1) Simply chop using a large knife, remove the florets from the stem.
2) Using a box grater or microplane grater with medium-sized holes. Simply grate.
To with a food processor:
1) Cut the cauliflower into smaller 1 to 2-inch florets and then pulse in blender.
